The city of Riverside has the fastest appreciating ZIP code for the month of June, 2021, as well as the fifth fastest.

The state of CA has two more ZIP codes inside the top 20. AS has become the typical trend, Florida continues to produce the highest number inside the top 20, with 8 in total. Tennessee and North Carolina are the other states with multiple hot neighborhoods, at 3 and 2 respectively.
