Getting Started

Welcome to the documentation. We have created a simple, easy to use API and have done our best to document each feature here.

Release Notes:

• Beta released December 4, 2019
• January 17, 2020: RE03, RE04, and RE05 error codes added.
• January 20, 2020: RE06 error code added.
• March 1, 2020: Merge all available owner names into owner.name field. The owner.second_name field returns null.
• September 14, 2020: Arm's Length Quit Claim Deed and Divorce or Dissolution of Marriage Transfer values added to the deeds.document_type field.
• October 16, 2020: New codes have been added to the following fields: amenities, architecture_type, basement_type, exterior_wall_type, flooring_types, foundation_type, heating_fuel_type, other_improvements, roof_material_type, parking_type, pool_type, water_type.
• January 21, 2021: Boundary data has been added as an additional table in bulk exports for certain subscription levels.
• February 3, 2021: Boundary data accessible in v4 API for certain subscription levels.
• April 8, 2021: New codes have been added to the following fields: standardized_land_use_type, location_descriptions, parking_type, pool_type, architecture_type, construction_type, exterior_wall_type, foundation_type, roof_material_type, roof_style_type, heating_fuel_type, heating_type, air_conditioning_type, basement_type, condition, flooring_types, document_type
• September 7, 2021: Mortgage Electronic Registration System value added to the deeds.lender_type field.
• July 6, 2022: Removed 48 properties from the V4 sandbox; updated remaining records with recent data.
• November 14, 2022: DECK value added to the other_improvements.type field.
