Estated is continuously checking for and receiving data from its sources. Typically, counties publish data on different frequencies, anywhere from a couple days to annually. Once an update happens, the latest data will be found in the Estated database within just a few days to allow for data processing.
Metropolitan Statistical Area’s (MSAs) are commonly updated more frequently than rural suburbs.
Some records, such as property sales and tax records, may take some time to be published by the public offices in that county. Estated will have the relevant data as soon as it’s publicly available.
