About The Role

We’re at an exciting point - releasing the next generation of our products and building the sales team that can take the market by storm. You have the opportunity to get in at the ground floor and be a part of taking a new product line to market.

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales who is super ambitious, highly motivated and target driven. The Sales Representative will manage all inbound and outbound sales leads by qualifying leads, handling objections, closing opportunities and driving sales.

The ideal candidate is obsessively passionate about sales. You’re a CRM whiz (preferably HubSpot) and experienced in SaaS sales. You’re an optimistic self-starter who knows how to effectively qualify and move prospects through the sales funnel. You have the ability to build relationships effortlessly. You understand the importance of building repeatable sales process from your previous experience. You learn quickly. Most of all, you want to use your skills to make a huge impact in moving this innovative company forward.

Job Overview

  • Engage with inbound (warm) sales leads via phone, email and chat (appx 75%)
  • Assist to develop Sales Development Representative (SDR) model and perform outbound lead generation (appx 25%)
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Understand key target market segments
  • Develop sales contact cadence and test results
  • Describe to prospects how Estated data will benefit their business
  • Answer prospect’s questions and help with product registration
  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
  • Close small/medium sales opportunities
  • Qualify and progress large sales opportunities to the designated sales rep
  • Achieve (& ideally exceed) agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Work with in-house Data Services to answer technical questions
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Learn about our market and share insights to improve the product and sales process
  • Own HubSpot - keep it maintained, organized and updated at all times
  • Evolve and provide regular sales reporting
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record in sales
  • Previous experience as Sales Rep or SDR successfully performing inbound & outbound sales
  • Strong knowledge in sales processes, sales funnel & relationship management practices
  • Training or experience with one or more qualification or sales methodologies
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Very comfortable making phone calls to prospects and sales leads and engaging in business discussions
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop outbound sales program with limited oversight
  • Optimistic, persistent & detail oriented
  • Ability to quickly learn technical product concepts
  • Very comfortable with technology & experience using a CRM (preferably HubSpot)
  • Openness to feedback & desire for continuous improvement
  • Top notch verbal & written communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to collaborate and work cohesively with team members

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in SaaS/technical/data/database sales
  • Experience using HubSpot & G Suite
  • Experience managing existing customer accounts in a Customer Success role or similar
  • Knowledge & understanding of real estate industry
  • Diploma in related field and/or relevant sales training
  • Experience with OKR goal setting methodology
