About The Role

We’re at an exciting point - releasing the next generation of our products and building the sales team that can take the market by storm.

The Sales Representative will manage inbound sales leads by qualifying leads, handling objections, closing opportunities and driving sales. The candidate will also structure and launch outbound campaigns.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, super ambitious, highly motivated and target driven. You’re an optimistic self-starter who knows how to effectively qualify and move prospects through the sales funnel. You understand the importance of building a repeatable sales process from your previous experience. You have the ability to build relationships effortlessly. You learn quickly. You’re a CRM whiz (preferably HubSpot). Most of all, you want to use your skills to make a huge impact in moving this innovative company forward.

Job Overview

  • Engage with inbound sales leads via phone, email and chat (appx 75%)
  • Perform outbound lead generation (appx 25%)
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Understand key target market segments
  • Provide support to prospects by answering product, pricing and contracting questions,
  • Effectively qualify and move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Achieve (& ideally exceed) agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Own HubSpot - keep it maintained, organized and updated at all times
  • Provide regular sales reports
  • Learn about our market and share insights to improve the product and sales process
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, and target driven, optimistic, persistent & detail oriented
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in a similar role successfully performing inbound & outbound sales
  • Strong knowledge in sales processes, sales funnel & relationship management practices
  • Very comfortable making phone calls to prospects and engaging in discussions about technical products
  • Strong analytical skills to understand data use cases, best solutions and alternative solutions
  • Excellent selling, communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills
  • Excellent prioritization, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn technical product concepts
  • Very comfortable with technology & experience using a CRM (preferably HubSpot)
  • Openness to feedback & desire for continuous improvement
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to collaborate and work cohesively with team members

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in SaaS/technical/data/database sales
  • Training/experience with one or more qualification or sales methodologies
  • Experience using HubSpot & G Suite
  • Experience managing existing customer accounts in a Customer Success role or similar
  • Knowledge & understanding of real estate industry
  • Diploma in related field and/or relevant sales training
  • Experience with OKR goal setting methodology
