The purpose of a SEM Manager is to help increase revenue and decrease costs regarding Google Adwords and SEM campaigns for US Realty Records and Estated.
US Realty Records generates 200,000+ clickers and 2,000+ conversions per month with an average spend of $125,000 USD. After 90-days this SEM Manager will be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for USRR. This campaign runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and requires daily optimization. There is significant room for improvement and growth as previously it has generated twice as many conversions per month. The SEM Manager will be responsible for the performance and financials of the search engine campaigns. (BONUS if you have Google Analytics skills to optimize website performance)
Estated has one-year of historical data and generates 150 - 200 signups per month with a $10,000 USD budget. It requires a complete overhaul with a new strategy to sell data. This is the first test for the SEM Manager. They will be responsible for the performance and reporting of this campaign.
The SEM Manager will replace our third-party management (cost saving benefits to have in Canada), monitor spend and adhere to budgets, improve performance, and dedicate 100% of their time to DNM advertising campaigns.
