Success for a Marketing Manager will touch and improve many areas of the company.
First, freeing up time of the CEO who is currently responsible for all marketing plans. We spend nearly $30,000/mo on marketing and advertising activities via Google Adwords (primary), social media, and content on the blog. You will be responsible and accountable for creating monthly goals and improving the output of the department.
Second, Estated has been successful in getting its first few hundred customers, but it is time to expand and diversify how we acquire leads. A majority of your time will be finding new places to acquire leads to pass to the sales team. We currently generate ~350 leads per month from organic and paid traffic. Within the year, we would like to see over 1,000 leads per month, at which time you will be given a much larger budget to experiment with.
Third, email marketing and sequences for prospects and leads could use a major overhaul. Any experience you have in email marketing will be valuable.
Fourth, you will work closely with our designer to create product, sales, data, and customer use-case material.
Lastly, there are lots of opportunities and partnerships that we could explore that have not been properly investigated. With the world opening back up in 2021, it would be great to find new areas to expand Estated’s reach.
